Since the wing was very low hours and almost new, we elected to replace rib 8 outwards to t the wingtip with a factory provided partial wing section. Along with the sewing, and additional 35 lines were manufactured and replaced. After kiting, the wing was measured and was within the manufacturer trim specifications. The wing looks and flies just like a factory new Wing.

This repair involved rebuilding portions of internal ribs, mini ribs, upper and lower fabric sections, and multiple torn out line attachment tabs. Owner loved the repair and reported the wing flies great!
